Job Description

Summary

Lead and develop a retail team to deliver a superior client experience in a luxury menswear environment at Yorkdale Shopping Centre. Drive customer loyalty and conversion by coaching staff to elevate both in-store and online experiences while executing business plans and company initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Champion the client experience and uphold brand values
  • Build and develop a high-performing store or department team
  • Train staff to improve in-store and online customer interactions
  • Implement coaching and performance improvement plans
  • Execute business plans and company initiatives through the team
  • Support departmental operations across sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, and tailored clothing
  • Drive long-term customer loyalty and sales conversion

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience with leadership capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop others with documented results
  • Experience in luxury retail preferred
  • Strong business acumen and ability to execute initiatives
  • Customer-focused mindset with emphasis on service excellence
  • Welcoming and inclusive approach aligned with company values
