SummaryAs a Client Insights Intern at Louis Vuitton Americas, you will join the Client Experience team in New York City, contributing to client analytics and insights initiatives. Responsibilities- Create and run monthly/quarterly client KPI reports.
- Generate targeted reports with other business units such as Merchandising and regional client development teams.
- Contribute to the automation of reports and analysis through dashboards or impactful visualizations.
- Uncover business opportunities and identify key trends through in-depth client data analysis.
- Support analytics for multi-year client engagement projects.
- Assist in the implementation and performance monitoring of Client Development strategies.
- Maintain all Client Development databases.
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Client Strategy & Insights to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams and engage with all facets of the client development organization.
Requirements- Proficiency in relational database programming language (SQL), MS Office (Excel, Office Power Suite, PPTs), and Python/R is a plus.
- Strong interest in quantitative analysis, digital tools, and the fashion/luxury-goods industry.
- Experience in data manipulation and a commitment to producing high-quality analytical deliverables.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for data and the fashion world.
- Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field of study.
- Able and willing to work at the assigned location or relocate to NYC.
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- Available to work 4 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office in Midtown, Manhattan.
