Job Description

Summary

Five-month full-time internship within the Client Relations Center Training team supporting development and delivery of learning programs. The intern will assist with training logistics, content creation, event support, and administrative tasks while gaining exposure to luxury client relations and CRC operations. The role is in-person at the corporate office in New York City and is scheduled January 12, 2026 to June 26, 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare internal client communications and digital content
  • Organize training materials and manage room set-ups
  • Support preparation and execution of teamwide events
  • Observe training sessions and capture key takeaways for evaluation
  • Manage scheduling, attendance tracking, and feedback forms
  • Collaborate to refine training content visuals and onboarding resources
  • Support special projects related to process documentation and knowledge management
  • Participate in Generation H program activities and capstone project
  • Execute other duties and special projects assigned by team

Requirements

  • Current student in communications, human resources, business, training development, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in luxury client experience and instructional design
  • Enthusiastic, collaborative, and eager to learn in a professional environment
  • Ability to work full-time for the five-month program period
  • Available to work in-person at the New York corporate office
