Summary
Five-month full-time in-person internship supporting the Client Relations Center Training team at the corporate office. The role assists with development and delivery of learning programs, training logistics, content creation, and program evaluation while gaining exposure to client relations and eCommerce operations.
Responsibilities
- Support preparation of internal client communications and training materials
- Organize room set-ups and assist with event logistics for teamwide sessions
- Create digital content and refine training visuals and onboarding resources
- Observe training sessions and capture key takeaways for program evaluation
- Manage scheduling, attendance tracking, and feedback collection for participants
- Assist with process documentation and knowledge management projects
- Collaborate with team members and participate in Generation H capstone activities
- Perform other duties and special projects assigned by the team
Requirements
- Current student in communications, human resources, business, training development, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in luxury client experience and instructional design
- Enthusiastic, collaborative, and eager to learn in a professional environment
- Available to work full-time for the five-month program (Jan 12 2026 - Jun 26 2026)
