Job Description

Summary

Coordinator role on the North America Client Relations team supporting national and regional initiatives with a focus on clients, people and brand desirability. The Coordinator will execute strategies, support events and gifting, manage calendars and budgets, and collaborate with central and local retail teams to ensure smooth event logistics and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in development and facilitation of programs strategies and service support related to events
  • Support Director of Client Development with scheduling expense reports and special projects
  • Manage and distribute Southwest events calendar
  • Support client gifting initiatives and work with outside vendors
  • Track billing for client activations and oversee event budgets by event
  • Contribute to event recaps calendars and timelines
  • Create cross functional support plans to ensure logistics from planning to on site
  • Provide creative and logistical support to local retail teams for store events

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel PowerPoint and Word
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Excellent interpersonal outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion and creativity for client relationship building
  • Ability to meet deadlines work under pressure and multi task
