Client Relations Director

As the Client Relations Director at Rochambeau, you will partner with Louis Vuitton's corporate Client Relations team to develop and execute strategies for the Rochambeau experience. Your role will ensure maximum return on investment for the regions and the zone, primarily based at the Rochambeau Ranch in Alvarado, TX, and the Dallas regional office.

• Oversee the Rochambeau client experience from end to end, including identifying clients and maintaining relationships.
• Develop strategies to drive long-term client relationships through exceptional experiences and emotional engagement.
• Collaborate with the CR Department to create a unique LV hospitality program and propose innovative ideas.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing authentic, long-lasting client relationships.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Experience working cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Background in a multi-category, high-end luxury brand is highly desired.
