- Support regions on creating events in Events management to ensure successful event execution.
- Clean and analyze client data.
- Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Update and maintain event details to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Edit details and follow up with regions to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Order invitations for events and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare guidelines for regions to ensure clear understanding of event requirements and expectations.
- Provide support as needed to ensure smooth operations and address client needs.
Requirements- 1+ years of experience in Retail, Client Relations, or CRM.
- Proficiency in Excel and PPT.
- Attention to detail and strong independent work ethic.
- Excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to responsibilities.
- Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field of study.
- Able and willing to work at the assigned location or relocate to NYC.
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
