Summary

The Client Relations Manager for the OC Metro leads client-focused initiatives and in-store activations to drive high-end and VIC business. This role partners with store leadership and client teams to strengthen retention, recruit high-potential clients, and deliver elevated client experiences while leveraging market insights and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive High-End sales through in-person and virtual appointments with VIC and high-potential clients
• Partner with store leadership to strengthen client retention and recruitment
• Lead client-focused initiatives and in-store activations
• Support team development and ensure consistent execution of strategies and product launches
• Leverage data, market insights, and digital tools to grow client relationships
• Develop personalized styling, look books, and tailored client experiences
• Maintain knowledge of local lifestyle and cultural events to advise clients
• Represent the Maison professionally while hosting clients in-store and externally

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury retail leadership or client development
• Ability to drive high-end sales and manage VIC relationships
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape
• Experience with in-person and virtual client appointments
• Comfort working closely with store leadership and cross-functional teams
• Professional presentation and client hosting skills
