Client Relations Supervisor

Summary

The Client Relations Supervisor drives retail sales and builds a strong clienteling culture in the boutique. This role partners with boutique and regional teams to plan and execute client development, CRM, and special-event initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales goals through effective selling, cross-selling, and product knowledge.
• Coach stylists on clienteling tools, data capture, segmentation, outreach, and appointment conversion.
• Support client retention, reactivation, and personalized engagement across client segments.
• Coordinate client initiatives and ensure timely follow-up by stylists.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of retail experience.
• Experience with clienteling software preferred.
