Client Service Representative - Bellagio

As a Client Service Representative at Bellagio, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day client service functions of the boutique. You will work closely with the Boutique Management to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient operations.

• Provide outstanding customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming environment.
• Accurately process transactions and maintain cash integrity at the registers.
• Handle customer inquiries and phone communication with proper etiquette.
• Assist with packing, wrapping, and merchandise display maintenance.
• Manage customer exchanges, returns, and feedback communication.
• Complete opening and closing procedures, ensuring cash and receipts are secured.
• Support floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping tasks.
• Participate in inventory management and general boutique operations.

• 3+ years of retail cashiering experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Ability to work full-time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle merchandise.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and travel as needed.
