Client Service Representative

As a Client Service Representative at the House of Dior in New York, you will manage the day-to-day client service functions of the boutique, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. You will work closely with the Boutique Management to maintain the highest standards of client satisfaction and boutique operations.

• Provide outstanding customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming environment.
• Manage POS system, aftersales, phone communication, cash integrity, and inventory control.
• Assist in all areas of boutique operations, including client service and loss prevention.
• Accurately ring on registers and maintain cash and media integrity.
• Handle customer exchanges or returns in partnership with the Boutique Leadership Team.
• Communicate customer requests and feedback to management.
• Complete opening and closing procedures, ensuring cash and receipts are secured.
• Maintain the appearance of the register area and stock supplies.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Participate in inventories and support general boutique operational tasks.

• 3+ years of retail cashiering experience, luxury background preferred.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Availability to travel as needed.
