Client Service Representative - Saks NY

Summary

The Client Service Representative manages the day-to-day client service functions of the boutique in coordination with Boutique Management. The role supports boutique operations and requires retail cashiering experience, strong organizational skills, and availability for a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the POS system, aftersales, phone communication, cash integrity, inventory control, loss prevention, and client service.
• Assist in all areas of boutique operations as needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail cashiering experience; luxury experience preferred.
• Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move and handle merchandise and fixtures, including lifting boxes.
• Willingness to follow company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Availability to travel as needed.
