Summary
The Client Service Representative Supervisor oversees daily CSR functions of the boutique including POS operations, aftersales, client service, phone communication, cash integrity, inventory control and loss prevention while supporting overall boutique operations and training staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage day to day CSR functions and POS system operations
- Oversee aftersales processes including exchanges and returns
- Maintain cash integrity and accurately complete opening and closing procedures
- Answer phones with proper etiquette and handle customer inquiries
- Assist with packing and wrapping customer purchases
- Support inventory activities and participate in all inventories
- Maintain register area appearance and keep supplies stocked
- Train coach and manage stock associates on operational tasks and policies
- Assist with merchandising display maintenance and housekeeping
Requirements
- At least 3 years of retail cashiering experience
- Luxury retail background preferred
- Ability to work a full time schedule including nights weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal communication organization and follow through skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move and lift merchandise and fixtures
- Willingness to adhere to company policies procedures and standards
- Availability to travel as needed
