Client Services Associate

Summary

The Client Services Associate provides luxury service and assesses client needs for the Tampa Gallery. This role is the first point of contact, greeting clients and assisting via phone and email while connecting them with the appropriate associates. The Associate supports Gallery Partners in resolving client concerns and helps create an elevated, detail-focused service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome RH clients and assist with questions or concerns
• Communicate with clients in the Gallery, by phone, and via email
• Assist in connecting clients with the right associates based on purchase needs
• Provide elevated client services support to Gallery Partners to resolve client concerns
• Become well-versed on RH products and offerings to deliver a luxury experience

Requirements

• Customer service experience within a design firm, high-end furniture showroom, or luxury retail preferred
• Strong organizational, time management, verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to quality, detail-focused and relationship-driven
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the gallery floor; ability to stand, stoop, kneel, bend as required
