Client Services Associate - Tysons

Summary

Provide elevated luxury client service in the gallery by assessing client needs and creating a refined experience. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients in-person, by phone and email, connecting them with the right Associates and supporting Gallery Partners. Maintain a polished appearance, refined taste and strong communication while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome gallery clients and assist with questions or concerns
• Connect clients with appropriate Associates based on purchase needs
• Support clients via in-gallery interactions, phone and email
• Provide elevated client services support to Gallery Partners to resolve issues
• Become well-versed on RH products and offerings to advise clients
• Create a luxury service experience in every client interaction

Requirements

• Customer service experience in a design firm, high-end furniture showroom, or luxury retail preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; people and relationship driven
• Commitment to quality and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 30 lbs and maneuver around gallery and stock areas
