Job Description

Summary

As a Client Services Lead at Melrose Gallery, you will play a crucial role in delivering luxury service and understanding the needs of our clients. This position is perfect for an innovator with personal style, polished appearance, refined taste, and a discerning eye for luxury.

Responsibilities
  • Live our Vision, Values, and Beliefs every day.
  • Represent the RH brand through polished communication, personal appearance, and professionalism.
  • Provide an elevated level of client support to Gallery partners to resolve escalated client concerns.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of RH products and offerings; considered the expert for all customer-related inquiries.
  • Work directly with the supply chain network to provide seamless execution of delivery to the client.
  • Stay connected with the broader RH Customer Delight Organization on all processes, policy updates, and improvements.
  • Use data to identify patterns and escalate to provide solutions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years customer service experience within a design firm, high-end furniture showroom, or luxury retail setting.
  • Customer Service Center systems experience highly preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to recognize and respond to multiple priorities on a cross-functional team.
  • Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven experience delivering first-class service internally and externally.
