- Work directly with the supply chain network to provide seamless execution of delivery to the client.
- Stay connected with the broader RH Customer Delight Organization on all processes, policy updates, and improvements.
- Use data to identify patterns and escalate to provide solutions.
Requirements- 3+ years customer service experience within a design firm, high-end furniture showroom, or luxury retail setting.
- Customer Service Center systems experience highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to recognize and respond to multiple priorities on a cross-functional team.
- Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven experience delivering first-class service internally and externally.
