Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional one on one client service and product recommendations
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling
• Maintain visual merchandising and inventory on the sales floor
• Build and maintain clienteling records and follow up with customers
• Process transactions and handle payments accurately
• Collaborate with store team to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Participate in product training to stay knowledgeable about intimates assortment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends
• Detail oriented with strong merchandising sense
• Comfortable using point of sale systems and clienteling tools
• Professional appearance and commitment to brand standards
