Summary

The Client Specialist maximizes sales in the assigned category by delivering outstanding service and product knowledge. The role builds customer relationships, maintains compelling merchandise presentation, and supports the omni-channel experience.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, seamless, and engaging in-store experience while cultivating customer relationships.
• Represent the brand and category with expert product knowledge and a confident fashion voice.
• Participate in merchandising and operational tasks and support colleagues with product education.
• Use technology to support customer service and omni-channel needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to think creatively, strategically, and technically, and to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
