Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional one-on-one client service and build lasting relationships
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through clienteling and product knowledge
• Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards on the sales floor
• Manage client appointments and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash and payment systems
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or client service experience in luxury or related environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
