Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients to understand needs and preferences
• Provide personalized styling and product recommendations
• Drive sales through relationship building and follow up
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
• Process transactions and manage point of sale activities
• Coordinate client appointments and manage client book
• Support inventory activities and stock replenishment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or client service experience in fashion or luxury
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and build client loyalty
• Professional grooming and presentation suitable for luxury retail
• Availability to work part time schedule including weekends
• Knowledge of menswear trends and styling preferred
