Client Specialist - Roosevelt Field

Summary

Provide exceptional in-store customer service representing the brand at the Roosevelt Field location. Assist clients with product selection, maintain visual standards, and support store operations to drive sales and create a luxury shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients to understand needs and recommend products
• Deliver personalized fittings and product demonstrations
• Achieve individual and store sales goals through proactive selling
• Process transactions and handle point of sale duties accurately
• Maintain floor standards including merchandising and stock replenishment
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow up on leads
• Support inventory counts and loss prevention procedures
• Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or client service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer focused with a polished professional appearance
• Ability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable meeting sales targets and performance metrics
• Basic computer skills and experience with point of sale systems
• Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods
