Client Specialist supporting womens ready to wear within a luxury retail boutique at Roosevelt Field. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional personalized service to clients and maintain strong client relationships
• Drive sales to achieve individual and store targets through product expertise and styling
• Assist clients with fittings and recommendations for womens ready to wear
• Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards on the sales floor
• Process sales transactions and manage client records accurately
• Support inventory activities including receiving and stock replenishment
• Collaborate with store team on events and client outreach

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or client-facing experience in fashion or luxury goods
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of womens ready to wear and styling principles
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends
• Professional appearance and ability to represent a luxury brand
• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with merchandise handling
