Client Specialist - Roosevelt Field

Summary

Provide high-touch client service and drive sales within the Roosevelt Field store, delivering product knowledge and personalized styling to a luxury clientele. Represent the brand through exceptional in-store experiences and maintain merchandising standards. Collaborate with the store team to meet performance goals and support daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Provide product demonstrations and styling advice to drive purchases
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling
• Process transactions and handle customer returns and exchanges
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow up on leads
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Support store opening and closing procedures

Requirements

• Previous retail or client service experience, preferably in luxury or apparel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and customer focused attitude
• Basic POS and cash handling experience
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
