Summary

Provide high level customer service and product expertise to deliver a personalized shopping experience for clients at a luxury apparel store in Soho. Maintain brand standards through clienteling, sales, and visual presentation while supporting store operations and team goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients to understand needs and recommend products.
• Provide product knowledge and styling guidance to drive sales.
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow up and clienteling.
• Process transactions and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the sales floor is well presented.
• Support inventory tasks including restocking and receiving.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.

Requirements
