Summary

Part time Client Specialist supporting Womens Ready To Wear at the Willowbrook Mall location. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, building client relationships, and driving sales in a luxury retail environment. The specialist will represent the brand on the sales floor and support daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients on the sales floor with product selection and styling.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store goals.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations for Womens Ready To Wear items.
• Process transactions and manage point of sale activities accurately.
• Support visual merchandising and ensure presentation standards are maintained.
• Coordinate client appointments and manage follow up communications.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or clienteling experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Passion for fashion and knowledge of womens ready to wear products.
• Ability to work part time schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent a luxury brand.
• Basic numeracy and experience with point of sale systems.
