Summary

Provide exceptional in-store client service representing the brand at the Willowbrook Mall location. Deliver personalized shopping experiences, drive sales, and maintain visual standards to support store performance and client retention.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with product selection and fitting needs.
• Deliver personalized styling and product knowledge to enhance client experience.
• Achieve individual and store sales goals through client engagement.
• Process transactions and manage point of sale operations accurately.
• Maintain store visual merchandising and presentation standards.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Support inventory management including restocking and receiving.

Requirements
