The Client Specialist will provide personalized sales service for womens ready to wear, delivering exceptional in-store experiences and building lasting client relationships. Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients with a high level of service and professionalism
• Provide styling advice and detailed product knowledge for womens ready to wear
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling
• Maintain visual presentation and merchandising standards on the sales floor
• Process transactions accurately and manage client records
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment activities

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or client facing experience in fashion or luxury retail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and deliver customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of womens ready to wear trends and styling techniques
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
