• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive outreach and clienteling
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation is pristine
• Process transactions accurately and handle client information with discretion
• Coordinate fittings and alterations or liaise with appropriate teams as needed

Requirements

• 2 years retail or client service experience in fashion or luxury preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client focused approach
• Knowledge of womens ready to wear trends and designers
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and attention to detail
• Comfortable using POS systems and clienteling tools
