Client Specialist - Womens Ready To Wear - Roosevelt Field

Summary

Provide personalized client service and product expertise for women's ready to wear collections at the Roosevelt Field store. Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, build client relationships, and support store sales goals while maintaining merchandising standards and brand presentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients to understand needs and provide styling recommendations
• Drive sales through personalized service and follow up with clients
• Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation on the sales floor
• Process transactions and ensure accurate handling of payments
• Build and maintain client records and appointment schedules
• Collaborate with store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment
• Represent the brand professionally and uphold store standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or client service experience in fashion or luxury
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated styling knowledge of women's ready to wear
• Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable using POS systems and clienteling tools
• Professional presentation and customer focused mindset
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as required
