Part-time Client Specialist supporting the womens ready to wear department at the Roosevelt Field location. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized customer service to clients in womens ready to wear.
• Build and maintain client relationships through outreach and clienteling activities.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through product knowledge and styling.
• Assist with merchandising and maintaining visual presentation of the sales floor.
• Process transactions and ensure accurate handling of payments and receipts.
• Support inventory management including receiving and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with teammates and store leadership to execute promotions and events.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail or client-facing experience in fashion or luxury retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client service focus.
• Knowledge of womens ready to wear trends and styling techniques.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent the brand.
• Basic POS and cash handling experience.
