Summary

Sales-focused team member responsible for delivering personalized service and styling to customers in women's ready-to-wear at the Valley Fair store. Drives sales through product knowledge, clienteling, and maintaining a curated floor presentation. Works part-time hours and supports store visual and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, provide styling advice and product recommendations.
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up and personalized service.
• Meet individual and store sales goals and accurately process transactions.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure sales floor is well stocked and organized.
• Support inventory activities, fittings, and in-store events.

Requirements

• Previous experience in women's apparel or luxury retail preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory procedures.
