Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling to clients
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling
• Maintain deep product knowledge of womens ready to wear collections
• Support visual merchandising and ensure the sales floor reflects brand standards
• Process transactions and handle client purchases accurately
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow up on leads

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail or client advisory experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for fashion and knowledge of womens ready to wear trends
• Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays
• Professional presentation and solid salesmanship
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise
