Join the store team as a Client Specialist focused on womens ready to wear, providing a polished and personalized shopping experience at the Valley Fair location. Responsibilities
- Greet and engage clients on the sales floor to deliver individualized styling advice and product recommendations
- Build and maintain client relationships through follow up and personalized service
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of womens ready to wear collections and product features
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure merchandise is well presented
- Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately at the point of sale
- Support inventory management including receiving and stock replenishment
- Participate in store meetings and training to stay current on product and brand initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years retail or client facing experience, preferably in apparel or luxury fashion
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a polished professional presence
- Proven sales ability and comfort meeting performance targets
- Knowledge of current womens fashion trends and styling techniques
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required
- Basic numeracy and familiarity with point of sale systems
- Ability to stand and move on the sales floor for extended periods
