Collection Store Associate Manager

Summary

As a Collection Store Associate Manager, you will lead the sales floor to deliver a memorable customer shopping experience while driving revenue and maintaining store profitability. You will partner with the General Manager to develop leadership skills, coach the team, and uphold brand standards for presentation and service. The role balances sales management, visual execution, staff development, and loss prevention to support store objectives.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit performance for the assigned store or department and support margin goals.
• Set individual sales goals and supervise, coach, and mentor sales staff to maximize performance.
• Recruit, develop, and retain store personnel and ensure open roles are filled in a timely manner.
• Execute visual presentation initiatives and maintain merchandise presentation consistent with brand image.
• Implement loss prevention and asset protection procedures to reduce shrink.
• Partner with buying, allocation, and senior management to support promotional and merchandising strategies.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for and ability to project an elevated brand image with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership, coaching, communication, and staff development abilities.
• Analytical and financial acumen; relevant retail experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and climb a ladder as trained.
