Summary
Lead commercial strategy and operations for the South region, overseeing sales, distribution, inventory, clienteling and customer service to ensure profitable growth across retail and wholesale channels. Report to the Commercial Director for the Americas and collaborate with regional and corporate teams to implement long term distribution plans and operational guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Build and implement long term distribution strategy covering all channels for the region
- Manage sales distribution stock supplies and customer service functions across the region
- Ensure profitable and sustainable performance of retail and wholesale channels
- Lead and develop own operated and partner operated boutiques and multi brand points of sale
- Drive customer centric approaches to achieve annual sales objectives and gain market share
- Manage boutique P&L inventory CAPEX DSO and financial targets
- Coordinate regularly with Americas teams and corporate headquarters
- Inspire and develop internal boutique teams promoting entrepreneurial client centric attitudes
- Travel to boutiques retailers and occasionally internationally
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years leadership experience in retail wholesale and business strategy implementation
- Experience preferably in a luxury environment with strong business acumen
- Ability to structure and roll out multiple projects with attention to detail and operations
- Strong organizational and analytical skills and a track record of delivering results
- Clienteling knowledge and understanding of digital trends for client interactions
- Entrepreneurial mindset seeking growth and new business development
- Excellent communication skills and team development capabilities
- Based in the Miami Florida area
- English required Spanish proficiency a plus
