Summary
Senior field role responsible for driving sales and brand presence for niche fragrance and beauty brands across the East Coast, Caribbean, Central America and Canada. The Commercial Field Supervisor will translate global strategy into local action plans, lead market analysis and collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to deliver activations and grow business performance while building and developing field teams.
Responsibilities
- Translate global strategy into targeted action plans for assigned points of sale.
- Drive sales growth through sales plans, incentives, promotions and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and in store activations.
- Analyze sales, KPIs and competition monthly and recommend actions with Key Account Manager.
- Build and maintain relationships with airport authorities, travel retailers and duty free operators.
- Recruit, train, onboard and develop field staff and external agencies.
- Conduct monthly business reviews with Beauty Representatives and monitor targets.
- Organize product training sessions to ensure accurate brand storytelling at point of sale.
- Ensure retail excellence including visual merchandising, stock levels and management of permanent and temporary displays.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in a similar role, ideally in Travel Retail.
- Experience or strong interest in luxury and fragrance industry.
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Proficient in MS Office including Word PowerPoint Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time across assigned region.
- Strong communication leadership and people development skills.
