Commercial Intern

As a Commercial Intern at Richemont Americas in Coral Gables, you will collaborate with various department members to support commercial operations. This role requires a strong background in sales, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and excellent analytical and multitasking abilities.

• Provide IT support and tool maintenance for external boutiques and watch specialists, including user management and sales data updates.
• Assist the Commercial Coordinator with partner accounts, expenses, and vendor management.
• Support meetings, seminars, and market visits by organizing logistics and preparing necessary documents.
• Offer administrative support, including processing invoices, managing communications, and handling CRM gift and boutique uniform inventory.
• Contribute to KPI reporting and assist in designing commercial presentations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Prior experience in business analysis, sales, or retail is advantageous.
• Strong IT literacy with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish; knowledge of French and Portuguese is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, multitasking, and communication skills.
