Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and offer confident style recommendations.
• Build a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Follow up with customers and support loyalty and customer-club enrollment.
• Meet sales goals and maintain product knowledge and awareness of trends.
• Keep the department stocked, organized, and customer-ready; assist with inventory counts.
• Support teammates and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
