Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive service and follow Nordstrom's selling standards.
• Build a customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Meet sales goals, maintain product knowledge, and offer confident style recommendations.
• Keep the department stocked and customer-ready, assist with merchandise recovery, and participate in inventory counts.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
