Responsibilities

• Use the 5-Point Selling Standard to guide customer interactions and follow up after purchases.
• Build a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital selling tools.
• Recommend accessories and share product knowledge, style guidance, and fit feedback.
• Meet sales goals and maintain a customer-ready department through stocking, merchandising, markdowns, and recovery.
• Support the team and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
