Summary

Provide personalized sales and styling support in the accessories department, helping customers find jewelry, handbags, luggage, and other items that suit their needs. Build customer relationships, meet sales goals, and deliver a welcoming shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow the 5-Point Selling Standard and provide knowledgeable product and styling guidance.
• Build a personal customer base through in-store interactions, follow-up, and digital selling tools.
• Set and achieve sales goals while maintaining strong product knowledge.
• Keep the department stocked, organized, and customer-ready, including merchandise recovery and inventory tasks.
• Work collaboratively with the team and maintain a flexible schedule based on business needs.
