Summary

Provide personalized fashion and product guidance to customers shopping for jewelry, handbags, luggage, and other accessories. Build customer relationships, deliver excellent service, and achieve personal sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Follow the 5-Point Selling Standard and provide helpful, confident styling advice.
• Develop a customer base through in-store interactions, follow-up, and digital tools.
• Meet sales goals and maintain current product and trend knowledge.
• Keep the department customer-ready through stocking, merchandising, markdowns, and merchandise recovery.
• Collaborate with teammates and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
