Summary

Provide personalized sales service in the accessories department, helping customers find jewelry, handbags, luggage, and other items that suit their style and needs. Build customer relationships, deliver a strong in-store experience, and achieve personal sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Use the 5-Point Selling Standard to welcome customers, offer product and styling guidance, and follow up after purchases.
• Build a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Meet sales goals and maintain knowledge of products, brands, and trends.
• Keep the department customer-ready through stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, merchandise recovery, and inventory counts.
• Support teammates and maintain a productive department.
