Summary

Provide personalized sales service in the accessories department, helping customers find jewelry, handbags, luggage, and other items suited to their style and needs. Build customer relationships, deliver fashion expertise, and work toward personal sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Follow the 5-Point Selling Standard and provide helpful, knowledgeable customer service.
• Build a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Meet sales goals, follow up with customers, and encourage customer loyalty.
• Maintain product knowledge and keep the department stocked, organized, and customer-ready.
• Collaborate with teammates and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
