Responsibilities

• Use the 5-Point Selling Standard to assist customers and recommend products.
• Build a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Provide style advice and product knowledge, and follow up with customers to encourage loyalty.
• Set and achieve sales goals while keeping the department stocked, organized, and customer-ready.
• Support the team and maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
