• Participate in merchandising and operational tasks, including maintaining the sales floor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to understand customer needs and think creatively to address them.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
