Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide product recommendations to meet client needs
• Drive sales to achieve individual and store targets on commission basis
• Build and maintain long term client relationships and follow up on leads
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and present merchandise professionally
• Process transactions accurately and manage inventory on the floor
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer experience
• Attend product and sales training to stay knowledgeable on offerings

Requirements

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Comfort working on a commission based compensation model
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Ability to stand and move on the sales floor for extended periods
