Responsibilities

• Create an easy, seamless, and engaging in-store and online shopping experience.
• Build customer relationships and drive sales using technology and loyalty programs.
• Support merchandising, fulfillment, and operational requirements.
• Maintain the sales floor and fitting room, and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and registers, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
