Commission Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets within the menswear department at the Stanford location. The role focuses on personalized client engagement, product knowledge, and driving revenue through consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and styling for menswear
• Provide personalized service to build client relationships and encourage repeat business
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics on a commission basis
• Maintain up to date knowledge of product assortment and inventory
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation are upheld
• Participate in stock replenishment and inventory counts

Requirements

• Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in menswear or luxury fashion
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and work on commission
• Professional appearance and ability to represent a luxury brand
• Availability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
