Summary

Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals in the men's department at Fashion Valley. Builds client relationships, provides product knowledge, and drives revenue through personalized selling and follow-up. Works on commission to meet individual and store targets.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, provide styling advice and product knowledge for men's apparel.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics while working on commission.
• Build and maintain a client book, conduct follow-up outreach and appointment booking.
• Maintain merchandising and visual standards and assist with transactions and inventory as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or commission sales experience, preferably in men's apparel.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working on commission.
